service on the performance of a new business, or assessment of the current position and future potential of an existing one. An in-depth review of monthly trading figures is carried out and reported to the client. The review can take into account:

As with pre-opening consultancy, the time over which an agreement runs will vary from project to project and client to client. A minimum of six (6) months is recommended to firstly allow FORE Golf Asia to get an accurate feel for where the business is and what needs to be done, and then fine tune (as necessary) after the suggested implementations have been made. In this framework, FORE Golf Asia’s impact is measurable. Agreements can be extended, as the client‘s needs dictate. In certain circumstances, the services provided may relate to a particular task or tasks over a much shorter period of time. In these situations, the duration will be tailored to the specific job.
